How do you provide better rates?
I deal with all top lenders and negotiate among
them on your behalf. This process leads to significantly lower rates
for you, the borrower. At Power Mortgages Inc, we close mortgages in
volume. That has allowed me to qualify for preferred pricing from top
lenders.
As the editor of several mortgage web
sites that collectively represent Ontario's top source for
mortgage information and news, I am always looking out for ways to save
you thousands on interest and by applying prudent mortgage strategies.
How
much do your clients typically save with you vs. a Bank?
Given a typical 1.4% discount of posted bank rates, my clients should
save at least $7000 every five years, per $100,000 of mortgage, and pay
off their mortgage 5 years sooner. I can beat any bank's rate!

your application at your best convenience. In most cases, you
receive
your pre-approval within 4 business hours after submitting an
application, on approved credit. Most banks and many other brokers can
often take much longer.
What sorts of mortgages do you
offer?
I offer a variety of mortgages for first-time
home buyers, renewals and re-financing, the self-employed, new
Canadians, home line of credit, credit impaired, 2nd and 3rd mortgages,
cottages and debt consolidation.
How are you compensated?
Mortgage Brokers are
compensated with a referral fee for doing the legwork on your mortgage.
Lenders do this because they save money by not paying their employees
to handle your application. You will also save because we are
professionals when it comes to negotiating with mortgage companies. So
you have access to rates you might not otherwise.
